Using the Web Based Group Administrator (Feature only available with Firmware Version 4.1.x and up): Once Verified: It is safe to turn off both power supplies when the ACT LED on each control module is off (not lit).Multi-Member Group: Ping any of the ETH ports on that member array.Single member group: Ping the group IP address.If using Telnet/SSH the session will be disconnected before you can see that the array is fully shutdown and will lose the connection to the array When you see the “Press any key”, you can now safely power down the array by turning off both power supplies Note: If issuing the shutdown command from the serial interface, you will see “Press any key to reboot” indicating that the array is ready to power-off, DO NOT PRESS A KEY, doing so will restart the array. If this is a multi-member group, continue to the next member as needed.To power off the array, you must turn off both power supplies after the array shutdown command completes The shutdown command does not power off the array.
